Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist for the over-all operation of the Accounting at the managed property.
  • Assists in checking and analyzing billing invoices, statement of account, aging of accounts, and lapsing schedules
  • Checks petty cash vouchers, bank checks and debit memos
  • Checks official receipts, deposit slips and check payments
  • All other related tasks as required

Job Requirements:

  • Female not more that 30 years old
  • Graduate of Banking and Finance / Management Accounting / BS in Accountancy
  • Knowledgeable in preparing Financial Statements
  • Willing to work in Makati or Bonifacio Global City area
  • Can start immediately

  • Prepares requirements and attends to the application, renewal and termination of all business licenses which includes certification of business name, certificate of registration, mayor’s permit, barangay clearance, permits for printing of receipts and others.
  • Secures/renewal of business licenses or permits and all documents.
  • Payments/files BIR returns of active companies as well as in-active companies.
  • Process renewal of Real Property Taxes.
  • Process of TIN Application Card and prepares status update of the employees to BIR.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in tax compliance function gained from a reputable company or organization.
  • With good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
