TECHNICAL AUDITOR

Position Qualifications:

  • Civil Engineering Graduate
  • Licensed- preferred but not required
  • At least 1 year working experience in real estate or construction business

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct scheduled and special audits on project construction sites and prepare report on actual status of construction being done.
  • Perform filed survey (walk through) and tour the work area to provide exposure to the operations.
  • Discuss findings and recommendations with the Senior Auditor.
  • Review the completeness and integrity of the construction based on the approved plans and specifications.
  • Examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the company’s system of internal controls and the quality of performance in carrying out assigned responsibilities.
  • Review the system established to ensure compliance with those policies, plans, procedures, laws and regulations which could have a significant impact on operation and reports, and determine whether the organization is in compliance.
  • Perform individual audits according to the Standard for the National Building Code.
  • Prepare neat, legible and accurate working papers. Indicate the source of information and purpose of the work done.
  • Safeguard working papers and do not disclose matters of a confidential nature.
  • Develop more detailed audit techniques and procedures for specific areas assigned if necessary.
  • Continue to assess professional development and take advantage of opportunities to improve skills.
  • Keep current on trends in engineering and auditing.
  • Maintain personal proficiency by obtaining an adequate amount of continuing education.

JUNIOR ACCOUNTING STAFF

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy
  • 21-26 years old
  • Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and prepare list of accounts due for commission (hdmf / bank financing).
  • Posts cps on ledger.
  • Prepares project summary of commission for east / Iloilo.
  • Communicates w/ the bank for closed accounts.
  • Prepares request for payment.
  • East, west and Iloilo commission payable.
  • Agents’ withheld tax payable to common (East, west and Iloilo)
  • Requests of supplies.
  • Prepares and release agents’ slips and cheques.
  • Files of CPS, promos, proof list (east / west / Iloilo) and summaries of withheld taxes.
  • In-charge of files at storage room.
  • Quarterly prepares agents’ certificate of creditable tax (N-Z).
  • Ledgers’ keeper.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

MATERIALS AND PROCUREMENT OFFICER (CAVITE)

Position Qualification:

  • Business Administration or Engineering graduate
  • Must possess strong personal computer skills and be effective with office application software
  • Good in oral and written communication
  • Physically fit, mentally sound and willing to work in Cavite
  • Must demonstrate strong basic engineering, facility operations and supplier management knowledge/experience

Position Overview:

  • Responsible to provide on time delivery of supply and materials needed for building and operational readiness. Ensures that all purchases are thoroughly evaluated and have undergone the right selection process. Accountable for the prior storage and disbursement of materials as well as inventory management and tracking.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement material procurement policies and guidelines.
  • Develop materials tracking and monitoring system that will ensure adherence to legal, bank and government requirements.
  • Partner with finance and facilities on the vendor and supplier’s accreditation.
  • Help the team in the contract negotiation between the management and the vendor or supplier.
  • Partners with facilities, IT and construction team to evaluate the best and cost effective supply of materials, equipment and service contract.
  • Maintain materials database for inventory. Its delivery and disbursement, including their assignee and location.
  • In coordination with building services, ensures that the necessary asset tags are attached on all equipment, furniture, and other assets prior to actual installation.
  • Prepares request for payment of any financial transactions entered into by the company and create personnel salary of the company.
  • Create a system of monitoring and implementation of Asset Inventory Maintenance and Disposal Policy. Facilitate any asset transfer or reassignment. Do physical count if needed.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Provide the needed reportorial requirements.

Position Qualifications:

  • Develop financial tracking and monitoring system that will ensure adherence to legal, bank and government requirements.
  • Help the team in the vendor and supplier’s accreditation.

JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Regularly analyzes and updates of transactions entered in the books (Disbursement and Receipt transaction) for FAST 1.
  • Coordinates with the concerned units on erroneous findings in the books for proper adjustments.
  • Posts entries for setting up of Cost of Sales.
  • Posts Journal Entries for cancelled/forfeited Accounts.
  • Coordinates with Treasury Department with regards to Bank Statements and Passbook for reconciliation.
  • Monitors prior to months reconciling items if properly recorded/adjusted in the books.
  • Records of Journal Entries for the liquidation of Advances issued to employees.
  • Prepares reports for submission to management: Bank Reconciliation, Sources and Uses for AD, Roll forward projection of Financial Statements, Aging of Advances issued, Special Reports requested by the Operating Units
  • Files of government requirements on creditable withholding tax (1606 Forms).
  • Cleans up and updating of FAST 2 Accounting books in preparation for Audit.
  • Regular analyzes accounts in line with FAST 2 Accounting books.
  • Compliance of internal and external auditors’ findings during audit season.
  • Files of approved Journal Vouchers and other documents for the week to corresponding folders.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
