Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Refer walk-in visitors to the appropriate department or person concerned.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate person or department concerned.
  • Conduct regular survey by tallying all incoming calls and providing week and month end report to Customer Service Head.
  • Inform the Customer Service Head for any leave of absence necessary at least a day before.
  • CHS should be advised immediately if an absence shall take place due to emergency.
  • Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time.
