Reports Specialist

Collects data required for effective implementation of all Operations and Quality initiatives; support the different platforms in operations through generating useful, accurate and relevant reports and analyzing operational performance data.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of work experience in the same capacity

Reports Analyst

Responsibilities:

•    Assist in the analysis of trends in operational/financial data that is coming from our ACD, Telecom Network, Scheduling Software, Payroll, etc.
•    Support the maintenance of the national center operations data solutions that utilize Oracle, SQL, Access, Seagate Crystal Reports, Excel and Access
•    Assist in the creation of reports both proactively and in response to client request in order to improve operational efficiencies
•    Maintain national database records and assists with routine audits of data validation
•    Assist with the development of new processes for the gathering, and maintenance of corporate data

Requirements:

•    Graduate of any 4 year Bachelors course
•    Ability to interact with all levels of management, including external customers
•    Experience with SQL and call center metrics required
•    Must be detail-oriented, strong analytical ability and data entry skills
•    Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
•    Strong aptitude in mainframe and intranet based applications and systems

Reports Analyst

Responsibilities:

•    You will provide reports and executive summaries that are accomplished with a high level of accuracy, efficiency and completeness.
•    You will be using advanced MS Excel and other reporting tools therefore proficiency in computers, the Internet and MS Office Programs is an advantage.

Requirements:

•    Graduate of Accounting or any related business course.
•    Candidate must be experienced in providing reports and executive summaries.
•    Preferably with at least 1 to 2 years experience in an outsourcing/BPO company.
•    Excellent in verbal and written English communication skills.
•    Expert in Microsoft applications specifically MS Excel (familiar with pivot tables, sub-totals, formulas).
