Position Qualifications:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage/lead the brokers’ group, specifically:
    • Update, explain , remind and monitor the implementation of policies, procedures and availment of promos.
    • Do market intelligence
    • Develop corporate accounts
  • Serve and take care of group needs (support/front load).
  • Prepare sales report and monitor sales performance per group and level
  • Recruit and train brokers.
  • Motivate brokers to boost sales productivity level.
  • Set target per group.
  • Initiate and conduct marketing activities for the network.
  • Responsible for the recruitment, accreditation, activation and retention of individual broker.
  • Oversee sales events in coordination with the marketing director.
  • Monitor brokers’ activities, forfeitures of each group.
