Technical Support Staff


  • Installation, assembly, configuration and upgrade of computers, computer peripherals, operating systems and software.
  • Cabling or rewiring of cables necessary in new installation and office rearrangement.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, correct problems with computer systems, hardware and software, e-mail, network and computer peripherals.
  • Hardware and software acquisition recommendations including providing needs assessment and justification for new equipment and services.
  • Assist in the planning, design, research and acquisition of latest or upgraded hardware and software systems.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least a year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in Network/System Engineer or System Administrator.
  • Knowledgeable in Windows Server 2005 onwards.
  • Possesses a technical “know how”, has the ability to diagnose software and hardware network problems.
  • Able to diagnose individual computer problems, can set Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexible in purchasing necessary hardware components to maintain a network of at least 30 individual computers.
  • Can monitor regular maintenance of computers and be able to suggest continuous upgrades in software and hardware network system designs.
  • Willing to work with different end users to diagnose problems and to regularly maintain end units.
  • With pleasing personality and good customer care skills
  • Willing to report to a Quezon City/Mandaluyong City based office.
