HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Human Resource Specialist directly reports to the Department Head or to President of the company. This position manages all functions of Human Resource Service including – Recruitment; Employee Welfare/Services; Training & Development & OD.
  • His/her major role is to perform simple to complex professional and administrative work in all functional areas of HRD which may include the following: Workforce Planning and Talent Management, Manpower planning and Recruitment, Compensation and benefits administration, Employee and Labor relations, Training and Development as well as managing HR systems such as Performance Management System, Competency Management, Organization Development, and Job Evaluation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle various human resource plans and procedures in the company, as well as, assist in the development and implementation of human resource systems and programs
  • Support processes and programs in view of the employee life cycle
  • Source, recruit and identify candidates including specialized and difficult-to-attract positions, usually requiring extensive search
  • Prepare reports in conformance with requirements or organization needs; Involved in project research and administration under the direction of more senior colleagues; conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects
  • Facilitate employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping
  • Provide various HR-related documents and generate scheduled or requested reports as requested by the management
  • Help with the implementation of services, policies, and programs of the company
  • Assist on performance management and improvement tracking systems
  • Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of any of the ff. 4-year courses or equivalent:
    • BS Psychology
    • BS Behavioral Science
    • BS Human Resource Management
  • Has solid experience in Recruitment, HR program development and employee relations
  • Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied disciplines
  • Approachable, can adapt and deal with people from different level of organization
  • Good Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
  • Must have excellent organization and team building skills
  • Performance-driven and Results-oriented; possess high-frustration tolerance.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to carry out assigned projects to their completion; excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external individuals; very good organizational ability, in order to set priorities, plan, organize workload, facilitate meetings including agenda preparation, minutes and other documentation, handle multiple tasks and meet timelines.
  • Penchant for details and accuracy is essential.
  • Working knowledge in research of moderately complex issues and developing recommended actions.
  • High-energy levels; passionate, as well as, excellent work attitude with eagerness to pursue a position with leadership roles in the future.
  • Must have advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Must be flexible, hard working and a team player
  • Skills in database management and record keeping

MARKETING SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Marketing Specialist directly reports to Department Head/ President or to Project Manager.
  • His/Her major role is to provide assistance and coordination in all areas of the marketing strategy which includes planning, strategizing, development, execution, implementation and support that will lead to development and growth of business relationships with clients and partners of the company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be assigned on the progress of the company’s marketing plans and strategies
  • Present and educate prospective clients of the company’s products and services
  • Provide support and meet the needs of clients by continuously building beneficial business relationships
  • Coordinate and assist clients and partners with their queries on the company’s products and services

QUALIFICATIONS:

NETWORK ENGINEER

NETWORK ENGINEER

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Network Engineer directly reports to their Department Head/President or to Project Manager.
  • His/her major role is to provide on-site network support, and assist in resolving simple to complex issues and problems related to network configurations and services. He/she is also responsible on the maintenance of all network and ensure smooth flow of daily operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support for any technical error encountered by employee
  • Handle PC troubleshooting and software installation
  • Monitor disk space of servers, qnaps and other storage device and ensure they are not and will not be equal or fall below minimum capacity
  • Install, check, and troubleshoot biometrics time recorder to clients.
  • Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords on workstations, qnap, myoffice and proximity card
  • Undertake routine preventive measures and implement, maintain and monitor network security, particularly if the network connects to the internet.
  • Ensure that daily operations are not interrupted by network and internet connection failure
  • Provide training support to all technical support members by proper task dissemination and proper supervision
  • Identify training issues and/or problem prone process to ensure optimal efficiency and error-free operations
  • Plan and organize activities for the team
  • Supervise team to ensure pre-agreed client expectations are met
  • Track issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Conduct post mortem of all customer issues

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of any of the ff. 4-year courses or equivalent:
    • BS Computer Engineering/BS Communications Engineering
    • BS MIS Industrial Engineering
    • BS Computer Science or any other IT related course
  • Atleast 1-3 year experience on network operations and implementations
  • Broad knowledge of networking and computing technology and future trends
  • With strong technical knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must possess the following skills/competencies:
    • Local area network (LAN) configuration/maintenance
    • Firewall applications
    • PC hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
    • Biometrics Installation (Stand-alone and Enterprise Edition)
  • Willing to work closely with clients and willing to travel outside office premises.

  • Office Assistant directly reports to Department Head/ President or to Marketing Specialist.
  • His/Her major role is to perform a variety of activities related to clerical and administrative functions in accordance with established procedures and systems. One of his/her task is to provide support to prospective clients as part of marketing strategies supported by the team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to members of a team.
  • Undertake several specific duties as requested by superiors
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Collect, sort, batch, alphabetize, code and/or place in numerical order various documents for filing or processing.
  • Organize, maintain and/or purge files, documents and logs.
  • Attend New Client Inquiry and Coordinate demo schedule with client and team.
  • Coordinate and follow up with client acknowledgement of sent proposal
  • Update Masterlist in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of any of the ff. 4-year courses or equivalent:

  • With good communication skills; both written and oral. Required language: English & Filipino.

  • Technical Support directly reports to Network Engineer.
  • His/Her major role is to provide technical support to customers and clients including maintenance, configuration, installation, troubleshooting and upgrade of network connection. He/she is responsible to ensure smooth flow of daily operational activities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install and maintain new server hardware and software infrastructures
  • Ensure that all hardware and software are working to maintain daily operations
  • Provide support to employees who encounter technical problem
  • Check all servers before and after office hour
  • Handle internal & external biometrics installation and troubleshooting
  • Ensure that auto transferring are properly working

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of any of the ff. 4-year courses or equivalent:
    • BS Computer Science
    • BS Computer Engineering or any IT related course
  • At least 6 months to 1 year work related experience
  • With strong technical knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills
