RCS has been engaged to manage and conduct English Communication Skills training of prospective contact center agents in accordance with the requirements and training design of IBM Daksh.

The company provides services to several clients located across the world, including many Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies, in the commercial, industrial and government sectors - across key vertical markets, like financial services, life sciences and healthcare, telecommunications and utilities, and independent software vendors
Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
• Create the resource structures that provide 7×24 global support (rotational on-call) for the messaging environments (MQ, WBI, GlobalShare, SWIFT, Gateway Services, Data Feeds, Exception handling).
• Evaluate the abilities of your team to Install, configure, administer and support Websphere MQ (MQSeries) and Websphere Message Broker (MQSI) software including the Global Share application components that run in this environment.
• The position will be based in Singapore.
Essential Skills / Background:
• 3 to 5 years experience in managing teams.
• Extensive Websphere MQ (MQSeries) administration experience on Unix, preferably Sun Solaris.
• Websphere Message Broker (MQSI) administration experience
• WebLogic administration experience preferred
• Solaris Unix Administration and Windows administration & performance tuning experience.
• Experience with managing a team that provides 7×24 support (on-call) Investment Knowledge Good Communication Skills
• Good Analytical Skills , good communication skills, strong leadership skills, and a strong team player.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in ITIL.
• Proficient in scripting in the following languages, Korn, Perl, Java is a plus
Desired Skills / Background:
• Working knowledge of SWIFT Messages would be a significant advantage
• Experience with SOA deployments and systems.
