Team Leader (San Lazaro)
Job Description:
• This position is responsible for supporting, coaching, developing and supervising a group of employees.
• Responsible for day-to-day functional supervision of non-exempt work group, including work assignment and attendance monitoring, training, and completing performance appraisal of work group/s in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable legal requirements.
• Effectively interacting with team members with diversed backgrounds and temperaments.
• Review Statistics on a daily basis and provide contructive feedback to team members.
• Monitor and take action on personnel and payroll issues.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
