Human Aggregates Philippines Incorporated (HAPI) is a licensed recruitment agency officially recognized and authorized by the Philippine government to engage in the business of operating procurement, training and placement services.

Technical Project Manager
The Technical Project Manager SAP (TMS) shall work closely with the OM because in the initial stage OM shall also be functioning as functional project leader. The TM must have the following skills and experience :
- At least 10 years experience in a similar function in a software service company and SAP (medium and large projects)
- We prefer someone with experience as solutions architect in SAP
- Willing to travel for 40 % of his time
- Reporting to the OM
- Very experienced in building SAP blueprint
- People manager
- Experience to manage several projects at the same time (approved in the past)
- Coaching other technical participants
- Assist the HRM in the technical interviews, evaluations, etc of the other employees
- Assist the HRM in the building of the education plan
- Fluent in English and at least 1 other local language. More local languages are a nice to have.
- Must have international experience (Europe preferred)
- No 9 to 5 mentality
- Team player
