• Working experience in Windows Server System administration with acceptable knowledge TCP/IP protocol, Web Services (IIS), DNS, DHCP servers
• Good working knowledge in Remote access tools like PC Anywhere, VNC Terminal Server, or Citrix
• Good understanding and working experience in Windows Active Directory
• Good understanding of and working experience in installing Operating Systems patches and Windows Service Packs will be added advantages
• Working experience in clusters management in Windows server environment
• Working experience in basic database administration, like start up and shut down of databases, shrinking database transaction logs will be added advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows in an enterprise network environment, Office Suites, PC technology, premises cabling system like SYSTIMAX
• Good knowledge on LAN/WAN technology
• Service oriented and customer focus
• Hard working, strong problem solving skills with creative and analytical mindset
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) – Good to have
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) – Good to have
• Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) – Good to have Bachelors Degree in any discipline
• CCNA, ITIL Foundation certificate is preferred but optional
