Technical Support Representatives (ISP Connections) - Clark Field, Pampanga

Responsibilities:

For our Technical Support Representative post, we are looking for the following qualifications in general:

•    The employee will be directly interfacing with customers, providing technical support via phone.
•    Troubleshoot problems regarding: Internet connection, Windows 98 and various Operating Systems, Installation/removing program know-how, Hardware troubleshooting, Simple internet surfing know-how, knowledge/ familiarity in computer applications.

Requirements:

•    At least finished 2nd year college
•    With IT inclination
•    Knowledgeable in Troubleshooting Internet connectivity issues and Software Troubleshooting
•    Must be willing to be assigned in Clark, Pampanga
•    Willing to work Graveyard/Rotating schedules
•    Good Communication Skills
•    Excellent Problem Solving and Decision making Skills
