Training Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct comprehensive orientation program for all newly hired employees
  • Develop training plans/modulesĀ and ensure proper documentation and implementation of the training programs
  • Responsible for undertaking training needs to identify employees training requirements including post training

Requirements:

  • Applicants must haveĀ at least 2 years experienced in training and development
  • Have knowledge and experienced in competency assessment
  • Can deal effectively with all level of organization
  • Must be analytical, resourceful, creative and organized

    I’m Engr. Pedro Antonio V. Javier, lives nearby Batino Calamba applying as an Assistance Training Manager. I’m an ECE Engr, an MBA, an INARTE certified ESD Engr. and Toastmaster Certified Competent Communicator, previously connected in Amkor Technology Philippines (ATP) as a Sr. Quality Engr., a Trainer & an ESD Champion all at the same time.

    I served ATP for 17 yrs in QA which I used to handle 8Ds/customer complains, audits (ISO, QS9000, TS16949, VDA, etc.), drive cross functional teams for continuous improvement, spearheads the implementation of quality tools like FMEA, SPC, MSA, TPM & other Zero Defect Mindset programs, ESD Control, security of product & process & other QA functions.

    On top of these, I’m also a subject matter expert & trainer of quality & process related subjects for 16 yrs. I create my own training modules, use my own training techniques & train employees including trainers in ATP & other multinational companies in SEIPI & ASEMEP as well. I won several competitions in presentation & was invited several times as a guest speaker.

    Outside of my job, I do community service as a living history reenactor & history consultant. I conduct historical reenactments, exhibits & conduct seminars to train academe, teachers, museum curators, soldiers, movie makers & other professionals about the accurate evolution of Filipino military uniforms, how to make a diorama, how to teach history relating to nationalism & the need for a modern hero. Me & my work appeared in several newspapers, magazines, TV, billboards & coffee books.

    Having 16 years experience in training both in my company & my community service, my strategic location near Batino, Calamba & my passion in the “Art of Teaching” will be a great value to SEPHIL.
