Over-all Function:

• Will manage the IT support function
• Responsible for maintaining the availability and serviceability of all information systems and services and optimizing the use of the company’s hardware and software
• Study new developments of hardware and software and determine its viability

Technical Competence:

• Systems and Network Administration and Management
• Windows 2000/2003 server and active directory
• Exchange 2000/2003 (mail server)
• Sharepoint server configure and troubleshoot
• FTP (File Transfer Protocol), Web, IIS (Internet Info Store)
• VPN (Virtual Private Network)
• Routers (CISCO, Sonic Wall, VOIP-Voice Over Internet Protocol)
• Vitual Servers

• Systems Security
• Firewalls
• ISA (internet Security Access)
• Trend Micro Products
• Office scan (anti virus)
• Scan mail (spam)
• Inter scan (email filtering)

Experience:
• 5 years related work experience
• System and network administration and management, system security, project management
• Data center operations

Education:
• Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, ECE

• Network and system administration
• Programming
• Troubleshooting and maintenance
• Operating systems
• data gathering and anlysis
• Solution design
• Project management
• Verbal and written communication skills

Human Characteristics:
