STUDENT AS CARE ASSISTANTS / SENIOR CARE ASSISTANTS

For newly graduate Nurses and Physiotherapist without experiences, volunteer nurses or PT, or even just Caregiver with 6-months course

We are currently inviting student applicants to go to the UK on an initial 2-year student visa during which time they will undertake either NVQ Level 2 & 3 or NVQ Level 3 & 4 qualifications in Health and Social Care.

NVQ Level 2 & 3 or 3 & 4 is health care course for the Care Assistants targeting the people who are under board with BSc in Nursing or Physiotherapy or for people who are who recently graduated but working as volunteers or for people who only possess other degree not related to health science with Caregiver qualification from the Philippines with or without any experience. Level 4 qualifications meant for Nurses or Physiotherapist who are currently registered with the Filipino Nursing or Physiotherapist Council and who have had at least six months post qualification work experience.

Once applicants have achieved their intended qualification (I.e. NVQ Level 3 or 4), they could then apply to the Home Office to extend their student sponsorship visa to take the next level of qualification, should they wish to do so. An applicant successfully gaining NVQ Level 3 can apply to extend their visa to allow them to take NVQ Level 4 and the Registered Managers Award (a further 2 to 3 years) and an applicant who has successfully achieved an NVQ Level 4 can apply to extend their visa to allow them to take the Registered Managers Award (a further 12-18 months).

All these qualifications are work related and competence based – there are no formal examinations; only regular assessments by a government registered training organisation. The student MUST leave the UK at the end of their studies and or on the expiry of their visa. They can then apply for a work permit through a sponsorship (tier-2) for jobs in the UK which require at least NVQ Level 3 or above which will be at a management level with earnings up to £20,000GBP per annum and above. However this is subject to new rule and immigration law regulation in UK.

English NVQ courses are internationally recognized qualifications.

Criteria Required:

Job Title: Care/Senior Care Assistant
Locations: Throughout the UK but rarely in London
Course Duration: 2 years per course: NVQ2 ?NVQ3 (level B.Sc.)? NVQ4 (Managerial training position)The course will be either NVQ-2 & NVQ-3 or NVQ-3 & NVQ-4
Annual Salary: £12,000 - £14,500 but not below the minimum wage set by UK law
Hourly Rate: £5.73 - £7.00 working 40 hours /week
Net monthly: Approximately £700 - £1000 = P65,000.00 –P90,000.00
Typical Rent: £50 - £80 per week
Work involved: Looking after the elderly and people with learning disabilities.
Reference: Must provide 2 references that worked in this set up
Reporting to: Nurse in charge (Nursing Home) or Manager (Residential Care Home)
English: As guideline must have equal to 5.5 band
Documents Required: Diploma/Degree, TOR, NBI, Medical test, valid passport
Plus factor: Female, below 32 years old and taller than 5’2”
After course: May be allowed to Stay in UK through work sponsorship
Course Benefits:

Relatives & Friends: If you have relatives or friends that willing to write a letter of support it may act as a bonus for Visa Application
Show Money (at least 600,000 PHP): The UK government requires that you must show around 600,000 funds in your bank account or your sponsor’s bank account supported by Banks statement, Bank certification and support letter. (£ 7200+ first year fees of the course) This is referred to us maintenance money and the course fees for the first year.

Schedule of Fees

P224,000 - 230,000: Total cost as follows: Immigration Service fee, admin cost, UK visa processing fee, sponsorship documents and first payment of course fee and place of training, payable after the approval of visa.
P30,000 – 35,000: Airfare Depending on the season and the airliner
£1,400 - 1,750: Balance of the course fee to be paid by installment over 18 months. Paid in UK, terms of payments will depend on the training center.
